Re: Koni rear adjustment ?

If it is a MacPherson style Strut the koni adjusts by a knob on top. it's only the traditional type shoks that need to be compressed and twisted to be adjusted.

Re: Archies?

He "Reitred" I think he was based in IL or MI he's in NV now still playing with Fiero's but it's a 1 man show now, he sold all the big molds, I'm not sure about the smaller stuff. The Fiero Store sells ABS plastic headliners that weigh a little less than fiberglass and are easier to work w...

Re: New Guy.

I went with the L26 aluminum W-body upper & lower intake. I also did a ZZP HV3 While I was in there. the motor is back out for now. since I decided to install a fairly built trans (ZZP stage 3 with a 7/8" chain) 2750 Stall converter and ZZP aluminum trans pan http://i1132.photobucket.com/al...

Re: New Guy.

As far as I know the Plastic manifolds are fine even with boost, the major Issue with the L36 intake was the EGR could melt the upper intake over with time. and with an EGR delete I think that issue is resolved.

Re: New Guy.

I think my coil mounting solution would be an issue for the F-body intake.

I already have fresh N/A heads, I would just want to get rid of the empty M90 case

Re: itbs on a 97 3.4dohc

Won't 6 stock sized TB's be entirely to big for an ITB setup? maybe not at WOT or in the mid range, but what about the moment all those TB's crack open,

Re: Turbo 3800 fuel system

I am semi familiar with the "Flow Vs. Kpa" , But as far as I know, at least in my PCM. The PCM can't account for positive pressure in Flow vs KPA just 0-100KPA vacuum After many more hours of mindless surfing :P I think I'll do this http://www.gmtuners.com/Customer/Don_88_GT_L67/fuel_regul...

Re: Turbo 3800 fuel system

I have been doing a lot of reading on the internet about this, and it seems like most people making a lot of HP and have a factory returnless system are looking to convert to a return system. Example #1 Returnless fuel system with 62PSI in the rail running 20PSI of boost = 42PSI @ the Injector in bo...

Re: Turbo 3800 fuel system

The Vette filter is a sweet piece for conversions I've use it alot on LS swaps. the filter has a 62psi regulator built in and is designed to feed a retunless rail.

Re: Turbo 3800 fuel system

I have a 340LPH pump in the tank, and 80lb injectors. My thought was that If I converted to returnless fuel system I would use a C5 Corvette fuel filter/regulator assembly which would get me up to a 60psi or so base pressure but I'm not sure that helps me out much. It would clean up the engine bay a...

Re: New Guy.

cool car, plan to ditch the gutted SC and swap to an N/A intake? Yes, while I grabbed a L36 Top end (Heads and upper/lower intake) and just got the heads back from the machine shop Thursday to throw on my L67, I am going to be picking up a low mile L26 (under 40k miles) I'm not sure if I will keep ...

Turbo 3800 fuel system

I want to switch away from from my current intake setup (blowing through the empty M90 case) and use either a L36 (return fuel system) or a L26 (returnless)

Any input or opinions are welcome.
