Re: Moar JDM

Good for him. Looks like fun. I did a quick google search, and it looks like they made one with a retractable roof section and rear glass, but this one looks like it's a solid roof. Clean lines. Very 80's. I like it. Reminds me of a sport version of the original LS cars by Toyota. The interior has s...

No, more an enthusiast, less a fool. You have a healthy respect for your machines. Someone who "beats" on their car, has none.

Re: Who knows their iron duke TBI?

I'm away from home right ...

Underground Racing is 20 mins from the motorsports/NASCAR capital of the US (Mooresville NC). Everyone and their brother has a machine shop.

But that is one hell of a setup Jeff!!

Oh yeah? I was in that shops parking lot a week ago. Want me to knock on the door and ask for a dizzy? I don't think modern Lambo's use dizzys.

That's what happens when you tow an old car with a truck older than it is.

Wait another 10 years and watch what happens. They won't be able to find a notchback clip. It's nothing personal, you're just dealing with ... you know what. I mean, you have a place to store another car, right?

Re: 5 on 4.75" Bolt Pattern Rear 84-87 ABody/6000/4WDS10

I figured this was all but common knowledge by now. All parts stores carry garbage axles at this point. I don't think you'll find any better result with "re-manufactured" axles, it's all the same shaft metallurgy. Even if they fit and the clip were machined in the correct place, the shaft's themselv...
