Re: FS: 88GT 5 speed w/ 20k miles and LOTS of additional goo
Not sure - was that way when I bought it years ago. Could have had a crack that was repaired, not really sure.Emc209i wrote: Understood. What's up with the top of the A-pillers btw..?
Re: FS: 88GT 5 speed w/ 20k miles and LOTS of additional goo
GLWS! I could make lots of comments about the "not quite classic yet" car market that don't belong in a for sale thread. Yea, she's not quite a classic yet, but one can dream right? :unknown: "not quite classic yet" I'll do it. No way in hell would I pay $6K for a roller. I can ...
FS: 88GT
Alright you animals - Decided to see if I can / could sell the car alone without the additional items at which time if this sells, the rest will hit the auction block as well. Here's a CL link to my ID profile - as this does not change and as CL cycles I will update as needed. CL Items FS Can assist...

I thought so as well, but it seems that I can't even damn near give this away. The Dark Side of Will wrote:That's still a ridiculously good deal for that hardware.

FS: Complete 88 Partout; NO PART over $50.00!
I will be parting out a recently acquired late model 1988 Fiero. Only 122 Fiero's were built after this one but the VIN and chassis will live on - This rust free chassis has already been requested, as well as the complete front and rear cradles sans the front and rear springs which will be available...

Re: FS: 2 N* Engines, F40 Trans, MEFI 4B ECM & 88 Cradle Set
Is the N* market just that non-desirable? Yeah.. I know I wouldn't touch one. Do you wanna use the time machine, its free at lunch? :( Not sure what the time machine reference is - but being its free why not? If I were just getting started on a Northstar swap, I'd be all over this. No doubt you hav...

Damn, you'd think that I couldn't give this shit away. WTH?
Not even an E-mail asking about it. Is the N* market just that non-desirable? Am I asking too much?

Re: FS: 2 N* Engines, F40 Trans, MEFI 4B ECM & 88 Cradle Set
I have the axles for the SS Cobalt yes, they are not drop in for the Fiero tho. I was going to use the input shaft side into the G6 trans, and then fab the other half that goes into the Fiero hub.eHoward wrote:So they cobalt axles aren't bolt-in?
What do you do for axles on a F40?

Extensive MEFI IV info: http://www.pirate4x4.com/tech/billavista/MEFI/ Very cool site - I just .pdf'd the link. If this thing does not sell, I'll have to put the info to good use. So what would one need to complete an install? Fiero The various 88 rear suspension bits Exhaust/intake Clutch/pressure...

Wow, good deal. This makes me want to sell a car and get an 88GT to put this in :-D For the right $$ I'd let this go w/ it. 20K original mile 88GT You are killing me.
