I'd say drill and cut. Do it a few times on a scrap piece to keep from messing up your enclosure.

What's the enclosure made from? and how thick?

I usually use a 3/32" / 2.38mm drill bit and drill my corners then dremel to them to make a nice clean opening.

That amazes me. I always wondered what teh white stripe was for on the tires. Now I know one reason is to see how much crumple the tire gets and spin on launch. pretty cool vid thanks for sharing.

also it helps if you only go back to the results page and not go back further then hit the view button again. As long as you do that you can view all of the posts since last without having to rerun the search. Also it helps if the back button doesn't cause the page to REFRESH. that way you don't rer...

Click to see posts since your last visit IS a seaqrch and to keep demand of the forum down there is a throttle on searches. the Search features are the most demanding on the database and to limit risk of attack using that it's throttled. So deal with it

I use the LTB5.1 headset and I could hear all but the 20khz I was overdriving to hear it at 70% volume I could barely make it out and any higher the tone came down in frequency. The mosquito I could hear quite well as it's the same sound my big screen makes that drives me crazy. I've spent $600 on r...

I believe it would just put the same stress on the drive train for a lesser amount of time. The reason I think this is you would put max torque through the drive train on launch, after that there would be less torque going through the axles. so the launch would take less time to put the car into mot...

I'm sure it was a spider making the rounds. Usually spam spiders hit the hardest. If I recall you can goto phpbb.com and look up "spiders" there's a couple ways to stop them when they first start. usually by using a common file name that they search for. usually then they'll get locked in ...

a Dry relay will audibly make a click. But these have grease in them to protect them from moisture so hearing a click that happens at the same time you turn a key that also makes a click will be very difficult if not impossible if the grease is cushioning the contacts connection. USe a test light ac...

Not giving it back is crooked! even if it wouldn't fit you could always decide to sell it. Fiero Store get's $150 for their heavy duty rear sway bars. If the sway bar was such a bad idea then why did they incorporate them on the 88's? I've never heard of GM using something with out a reason. Get tha...

People talk about jumping the fuel pump pin to the cigarette LIGHTer to manually run it. But no one speaks of using a light jumping th...
