Damn, I was wondering why I hadn't seen anything from him in a while. RIP Trevor.

Maybe they're the same person. Kind of a Dr. Jekyll / Mr. Hyde thing but with more idiocy.

Re: Let's talk the Motorola Razr

Had a Sony Ericsson, it was a peice, tons of features, but never worked. Which one did you have? I have a Sony Ericsson right now (w810i) and it's the best phone I've ever had. Previously I had a Nokia 3100 and a Motorola V180. I wouldn't recommend a Sony though as they seem to be hit or miss on qu...

Just curious, what kind of price can you get me on a Bullseye K04-001 for a transverse 1.8T. I think the part number is: 5304-950-0001

Spotted at Lowe's

Saw this Tesla the other days in the Lowe's parking lot.

I sure as hell wouldn't park one at a place like that, especially next to a cart corral. Anyway, I've never seen one before in person. It's damn small. Sweet though.

FS: Dogbones

I have two dogbones for sale. One is an 85-86 style (the kind with the rib on the outside), still has the bushings. Would be good for poly replacements or you could use as-is. The other is an 87-88 style (without the rib) but it doesn't have bushings in it. You can still put in poly but the bushings...

Re: WTB: Seat Skin(s)

Been busy and forgot about this thread.

The vinyl isn't a bad idea except that I much prefer a cloth desk chair. We have vinyl or leather (I'm not sure) at work and they're too hot.

Seat Track Bolts

Does anyone know the diameter and thread pitch of the bolts that hold the seat tracks to the bottom of the seat? My spare seat (soon to be desk chair) is missing the bolts and I need to get new ones.

Re: 3800 Maiden Voyage, and the list of bugs.

Spoilers... I have a spoiler and a non spoiler decklid, cannot decide what I want, so I think I will just have both painted. Is there any aerodynamic merit to the stock spoiler? I believe it's either 100lbs of downforce at 120mph or 120lbs at 100mph. Either way, it's not a whole lot and the spoiler...

WTB: Seat Skin(s)

I've got an old passenger's seat in my basement that's been begging to become my new desk chair for a while now. The bottom skin is torn up pretty bad and the left bolster on the back is kinda ragged (it's the old skin from my driver's seat). Anyone have a pair of skins? It doesn't matter if they're...

Re: Its over

I currently give Ford a much better chance than GM. I agree. Ford has some nice looking stuff coming up (new Taurus SHO looks sweet as does the Fiesta). I don't understand why GM would keep two luxury brands. They should have kept Chevy for entry-level, Pontiac for performance, Cadillac for luxury,...

Re: What should I buy?

You could probably find a MK3 Jetta VR6 for around your price range. My brother used to be able to pull 30 out of his on the highway. It's chipped now but he still gets 27/28.

Found this at CVS

It was only $0.49. It looks kinda like a Fiero, I dunno. I feel kind dumb though because the damn thing took me about 45 minutes to put together. :dontknow:

Put some new goodies on the GTI

My second gear was grinding because of a synchro problem, so we tore it apart at work to replace the synchros and while it was out I decided to buy myself a Christmas present and we put in one of these: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v625/derangedsheep/pel02a.jpg Sorry about the watermark, I pull...

I put NuFinish on the wheels on my GTI. The dust didn't seem to collect as fast as before, and when it did, a quick blast with the garden hose took it all off.
