Real Fiero Tech

I am not really mechanically inclined and aparently neither is my mechanic problem: the brake line that goes to the back of my Fiero 2.5 goes into a junction box then branches off to each rear brake. What is this box called? Is there a cross reference part? also the brake line fittings are different...
