hey guys a quick ? is the 3800 turbo from the grand national the same bolt pattern as the newer series 3800's??? if so has anybody done the swap.

anyways if you guys do some research you will see that it has been done to the 3800 before. the technology of a dual charged system has been around much longer than the fiero.. so :la: ... im not going to do cause the lack off support..

i dont want to build a fiero that looks great until you open the trunk/hood and see a compartment full of crap!!! and i do all my own body and paint and the rest of the work for that matter so it doesn't cost much for it to look great...

i wasn't aware that the tpi intake is crap!!! and my objective is to have a nice powerfull motor that also looks good. ya know you can have both, dont be so close minded about it :la:

the camaro intake is not to bad a little generic tho... i do like the X intake i wonder if he would make another one?? what would be really cool and have a good look would be to rework a tpi intake to fit the 3800!!! im sure that is impossible but it would look sweet :afrocool: so the X eats up tran...

well guys i have decided that i am going turbo... but i dont want to use the stock intake from the 3800 or the sc housing, so looks like ive got to build one!! any pointers??

or i could just go with the mp112 kit from thrasher!! it gives a lot more boost.. why fix a good thing, hummm. im a boost junkie and the stock or modified eaton m90 sucks in my opinion. i mean dont get me wrong it is a good match with a 3800. but they coulve picked a better one....

yea i thought about going just turbo, but wouldnt it be sweet to have that instant power from a dual system!! why am i limited to a t3? also why are the cams different turbo vs. sc? this dual charge has been done before, how did they do it.. it is a unique wow factor that i would like to have to go ...

ok so they were working great but i noticed after i drive for lets say half an hour, it pulls hard to the left when i brake? :scratch: then i let it sit at the house for a while and it drives fine until it all heats up nice and good then its all fubar again??

so i have a 3800 sc that has been siting for a couple of years, and i need to rebuild it before it goes in the fiero. my question is if i were to put a turbo infront of the supercharger would i need to change the cam and what not? seeing as how its already a boosted motor. im thinking im going to up...

first thanks for the advise man :thumbleft: i took apart the caliper and kinda reconditioned everything and now it seems to work pretty good, for a fiero caliper!! so the problem is solved with no extra money spent...

brake issues

ok i just replaced my rear calipers,pads,rotors and my front pads and rotors
i had no problem compressing the front calipers. but when i hit the brakes it pulls really hard to the left!! this means it needs a new caliper right?
