Re: Seized duke, how would you do it?

Not yet, it's cold! It's outside, my garage is heated but needs to be cleaned. On top of that, stupid me dropped it off the trailer far away from the garage with dragging brakes, it's barely pushable.

All lame excuses I know.

Re: Seized duke, how would you do it?

No deal, all my children will be named Bob. Nothing wrong with a duke, until you start thinking you can somehow upgrade it with a magic s10 or mercruiser crank then boost it to 400hp. Who says we are all trying to make race cars? I was actually hoping this car had the economy gearing in it instead o...

Re: Seized duke, how would you do it?

Yes the duke pump is about 15 psi. I'm not sure if you guys are Fiero owners, you seem to not realize fuel pumps don't last and don't like to sit. The pump I bought was a cheap one just to get it going and I know better than to expect it to last long, it's a $15 China special.

Re: Seized duke, how would you do it?

Are you trolling a troll? Wait, if we are both trolls do trolls have genders? Could we make a troll baby? I'm thinking I need another i4 anyway so I'll need SUPER pressures for a II8 I'm thinking I'll use the flywheel gears with a little one in between to get the rotation correct. Should run 10s.

Re: Seized duke, how would you do it?

The fuel pump is still necessary, I may even throw another duke in it to get it on the road.
I pulled the 2008 battery and threw it on the charger. Probably won't be any good but I don't have money to throw at it until payday.

Re: picked up a new GT today.

You killed the honda, 86 and firebird. You paid someone else more than the firebird was worth if it is running again. Your riced 87 probably will be next and its hard to say how long that :bad: will last.

The only thing special about the first video is the camara angles. The second video with the fiero is pretty tame.

Re: Cap and Tax (trade) legislation coming up for a vote FRIDAY

Anyone watch Glen beck? I found the EPA report he talked about that projects global temps to fall untill 2030. Its nice how people can ignore it. I'm going to go burn some trees this global cooling isn't going to bring the beach any closer to my doorstep.

Re: sliding glass window...

Then forget about it, the only way to keep the cabin cool is to make air flow in enough to make air flow out the rear window. With just the side windows open its going to be vary hard to keep the hot air out. Now what might help is the recall weather strip combined with fans in the decklid grills pu...

Re: sliding glass window...

No no, what I meant was with the rear window open heat is going to poor into the cabin. You might be able to reduce it with the sunroof open, but even the few convertable/roadster fiero owners can tell you its going to be a problem.
