Yes it did have the jackshaft. The car has since been scrapped though.

I see you mentioned the GA fuel pump. If you pick one up from PAP, or the like, look for a 92-94 4.3L blazer, Jimmy,etc. They use the same pumps the syclone, typhoon, TTA, etc. Check cross references for other fitment. I recently picked one up to replace 'another' in-tank walbro.

I tested the primary coil resistance and they all checked out fine. I still have to check the secondary and the wires. I also pulled the fuel filters apart and both elements looked rather clean with no signs of build up on them.
