Here are some that a friend made for the 84-87. Simple ball joint bracket and some threaded tube with a slight bend. Not as light as what Will is suggesting, but still quite simple to make.

610-323 studs are 54mm long

Were the Dorman 610-323 wheel studs not long enough or did you want something stronger?

I have seen the sway bar rub the tie rods on a lowered fiero before (wrong end link length), but aside from that there really isn't anything that should be binding.

I had Zac88GT on Old Europe run them for me based on the dimensions from Blooze's initial drawings, but modified for the lower stance.

I think you have to press one of the bushing sleeves out of the control arm to remove the cross shaft. When I installed poly back in 2005, I couldn't remove the cross shaft with the sleeves in place.

Right know I'm trying to figure out what the car is doing in compression and drop in terms of camber gain. OEM is aluminum.

Autozone lists a Fenco M2357 and specifies it as being aluminum with a weight of 3.1 lbs.
