Cloth is $25/yd for quantities over 5 yards. $30/yd under that. It is off a 50 inch wide roll. 2X2 3k Twill is all I have currently.

At 5 to 600 per wheel, you could pretty much get any 1 piece rim you want.

Will, why do you want to come up with a relationship between torque and VE? The MAF method will allow you to calculate VE without going to a dyno.
