Re: The others
So much for April. Had some issues with the permit office, then rain and more rain, but they finally got it dug out last week. Maybe concrete within the next week?

Looks like a decent place. what are the dimensions of the garage? I imagine the concrete block walls and steel roof will make for easy maintenance.

Ill be calling the local engine shops to see about sleeve costs. If that's a bust, I've got a 2.8 V6 for this car. The differential is also broken in this thing too. There is about 1/4" of play and in the axles and the spin completely independent of each other. Luckily I have some spare Transm...

Re: Covid Restrictions
Only shop space is the basement for now. Will need to build a garage for working on vehicles, but there's plenty of room for that on the adjacent lot. Foundation is made from concrete blocks. The brick is the bottom part of a chimney that isn't used anymore; it was used for the oil furnace (now ele...

HOWEVER... the quill handle slipped off the shaft and fell on the deck surface of the left head, dinging it RIGHT. ON. THE. F@#$%ING. FIRE. RING. No pic because I would have thrown my phone. The shit that happens on this build. The most likely way to deal with that is to have the left head decked. ...

With the move and everything else going on, I haven't been able to open the car back up and inspect. It still runs and seems quiet under the covers though, so fingers-crossed and all that.
