when minutes count? wrong scale buddy! when fractions of a second count if you're a day trader!

The pros use eSignal for quotes.

Your parents keep car wheels in their front yard? Are they decorative? like lawn Gnomes? :la: I was going to suggest that you lower your truck... That does suck. I had somebody steal four mid-80's Jaguar wheels out of my parents front yard a few years ago. They can't have taken them for aynthing mor...

Have you ever driven an Elise? I don't think you will fit in it! I've been eyeballing an Elise... Handling a Fiero (or even Corvette) will never touch and 30 mpg. I also imagine what one of those would be like if I ditched that anemic Toyota drivetrain and swapped in the DI turbo Ecotec from a Cobal...

we did that with the kaisers for FSAE. well not laser cut, but we CNC milled the centers. I just had an interesting idea... what if I combine the relatively inexpensive standardized spun aluminum RIMS from three peice aluminum wheels with laser cut steel centers... that could be a pretty cheap way t...

Trying to stick with Canon!

Thanks for your input though. Appreciate it!

the only thing that could get me to consider the nikon is if my FG's lenses worked with it, but i really like autofocus so I don't know if even that would work.

thanks Doug. Ken does like it: http://www.kenrockwell.com/canon/1022.htm This is a great lens. It's so great it makes me want to swap over to Canon from Nikon, because it's better than my favorite Nikon 12 - 24 mm lens. It's better because it has less distortion and costs less. I paid over $1,000 fo...

I had a rental saturn with that engine. it has balls. After driving it for a week, I'm thinking about using one of them instead of a N*.

Thinking about getting a DigiSLR for trip and need some help

For my everyday point and shoot, I've got a Canon SD1000. It's a good camera for what it is. However I'm going to Maui and Kauai and I think I might want to bring something that can take a higher quality shot. I've got an old film Nikon SLR collecting dust. My problem with it is I never actually get...

My father (who's an old man and doesn't have trouble getting into or out of his car) has an Elise. There's a level of precision and tightness in ALL the controls that the C5 or C6 vette does not have. Not to say the Vette isn't a good car. There's just something really special about the way the Lotu...
