That's a very small exhaust pipe... That touches on one of my friends theories about how ricers (at least subconsciously) believe that a 5" diameter exhaust tip = 5" diameter dick. :puke: So that being a small exhaust pipe sounds about right for Ed - which explains the HUGE political post...

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

And it becomes another political post yet again. What would you do if you got dragged into something that didn't involve political issues Ed? Would you suffer and die? Or adapt?

I do know that on those high power blown big block multi engine powerboats, they use drive showers to keep the outdrives (which are essentially the transmission and work the same) cool under such a punishing load - 1000+HP per engine sometimes. The big block boats running a few hundred HP don't usua...

I didn't wish to be repeatedly humiliated by being left behind by the 3800/3.4DOHC/Shortstar/Anything with a stick crowd, and 2.) Wheel bearings didn't get here in time to align it. I'll be...

That's pretty much exactly what I said, but it's better to pull it apart and and fix it before it chuds your tranny! Good luck man, it'll kick ass when you're done.

Looks like you got one of those "hub installed backwards" SPEC. I didn't believe it either when somebody told me the same thing until I started looking into it. Apparently, with the hub in backwards, it rubs against the input shaft sleeve, galling a burr into it. The TOB can't slide past t...

I remember seeing a diagram of a wine bottle (with the hollow indentation in the bottom) filled with Vitavuori smokeless, then a b...

I figure that the gear type oil pump makes great pressure with oil to seal the rotating parts of the pump, but it works poorly as a vacuum pump, especially if you manage to de-prime it, right?

Ok, planes crashed into the buildings. They burned, steel softened, it collapsed. Other buildings got taken down in the process. What's so hard to believe about that? It's nice to examine all possibilities and everybody very well should, but you're trying to seriously state to us that people on our ...

Alright, I'm going to hold off claiming this whole idea to be batshit nuts and a disgrace on the lives of the Americans who died there long enough to seek some clarification on some points. Explosions, and secondary explosions: I know a little bit about explosives. When the planes hit, the JetA fuel...

I do a lot of work in San Francisco for my job. I had the displeasure of locking up the (ABS) brakes and sliding into an intersection in rainy weather on 4 hours of sleep, when I realized that the brightly painted crosswalk was NOT the limit line. The real limit line was a fading and barely visible ...

What is the Great Stuff? Some sorta Urethane? I always thought it cured by some reaction not unlike polyester resin does. On my 87GT (and other pre 88's I'm sure) the motor WILL bolt straight up to the Fiero's 3 mount system - tranny has two, and the L shaped 2.8 bracket will bolt straight onto the 3.4. Matter of fact, I tossed it in on the stocker mounts, and didn't like how it sat, and how loose it was. I did mod my ...

You cannot solder aluminum with conventional methods such as how you'd solder copper wire. There are apparently ways to do it, involving special solders and fluxes, but the complexity probably equals that of welding. Try taking some aluminum wire or sheet and soldering it with rosin core or acid cor...
