70 shot. Wont' push a 100 shot. Will I have never seen a 4.9 hit a 1.7 60 ft time unless you are talking about the turbo one. In fact I have yet to see a auto 4.9 get sub 2 sec 60 foot time evn with slicks. And mph I think is very important. Will that Mk4 you raced was probably stock. Thats what sto...

But with the auto it did a best of 14.1 it was a good et but a horrible mph at only 91. Basically the car was all launch. But it goes to show that with a good launch a...

I dont' mind the chip as thats needed. What I was talking about Will was everything else. the rockers, the cat, the other little things that add up. I mean if you are going to dyno just the intake then do the intake. But Howard is right. Its not Bigredspoilers job to show sheets of the intake. Its t...

he is talking about ones from SS autochrome. Its not a true garret turbo. STay away from ebay turbos. You never know what you are going to get even if new. Buy from a reputable shop if you are going to buy garret that way you know you are getting true garret turbos. Dont' get them cause they are che...

so let me get this straight. He did more then just changed the intake. He put on 1.6 rockers, no cat, underdrive pulley, and a few custom chips. So where exactly are the gains of the intake all by itself? Wow what a scientific approach to this testing. I am waiting for someone to do a before and aft...

Awesome. Def keep coming back to this to check to see how the build is coming. should be pretty sweet. I say port those heads out. Dont' just settle for a polish job. Really open up those exh ports. That will help get the old gases out which in turn will fill the chamber with more fresh air and fuel...

80 for a trailor? Will the car not make it there on its own? Or do you not trust it? Thts a totally different thing which is understandable. $150 an hr is a lot of money man. I would see if you can find soemthing around $100 an hour as thats usually the going rate. It would prob be worth it to drive...

www.dynojet.com there are prob a ton in Miami. Miami has so many speed shops its unreal. Not sure if any of the ones I know of can tune a carb though. Most are familiar with modern day EFI tuning. Best bet is to look on that website and see if any of those are familiar with carbs. They usually list ...
