Re: 3800 SC and coupe to fastback GT
I have had five third gen f bodys and was lucky enough to never need to drop a tank until now. Guess it just sucked cause its the only one I have ever done. Also, I don't have a lift and the car is only about 18 inches off the ground, and the coolant tubing on one side was bent in towards the tank a...

Re: 3800 SC and coupe to fastback GT
Thanks emc, my battery relocation box from norms came in today. $85 seems a little high for what I got but oh well I guess.
Might go try and put some of this shit together in a little while.
I can't post pics right now but yall know what all this shit looks like.

3800 SC and coupe to fastback GT
I started these projects a while back but I'm just now starting to make some progress. So if anyone has any advice I would appreciate it. I have my engine and tranny mounted on the cradle, I still need to mount the alternator and a few other things. Dropped the gas tank and pulled the fuel pump to c...

Re: MX5 MIATA
How bout a reality check? Lowlux you were unable to instal an alternator, what in gods name makes you think you could assemble a high performance engine. The tolerances and consistancy required to sucessfully build a race moter obviously put you out of your depth. As much as I hate to say it, you ne...

Re: I will, absolutely positively, be single forever.
I got what cleaning the pipes means I just never did it before a date, I could never get off the first time with a new chick, don't know why. But crown royal used to help me relax before I went out, and while I was out, and when I got back home so that probably had something to do with it. Aaron all...

Re: I will, absolutely positively, be single forever.
NOW IS THE TIME. Tommorow when you get off work you go home wash your ass and wait till AFTER DARK, call her up and tell her your tired from work but you feel bad about canceling the date and you say you would really like to pick up some movies to kinda semi make up for it and promise a real date la...

Re: I will, absolutely positively, be single forever.
Man it must be a lot different in big towns. When I was dating I had a couple of chicks that are good friends of mine and they hooked me up with a few girls. For a first date I would ask if they had a dvd player and tell them you would pay for some movies. Half way through the movie say your getting...

Re: My handguns
That's what I mean about it being a personal preference on the trigger, mine had movement before engaging the hammer and I never could get used to it. The 45 I have now is from "colts custom shop" and the trigger doesn't move more than 3mm before it fires. I like that and the fact that the...

Re: My handguns
Damn, those are both good points on the mag safety that I had never even thought about. Having the option to shoot without the mag definately has a place for guys that depend on their weapons all the time. And being able to disable it is a helluva feature too, I had a friend who while cleaning his p...

Re: My handguns
Nice guns man, that 40 cal reminds me of a PX4 storm that I traded not to long ago. Now I've got a light weight colt 1911 with the 4.25 barrel. Yea I know its kinda old school but I like it.

Re: Ammunition, where to find for cheap?
Stay clear of texas cause that shit and 45 rounds are like platinum around here, a customer of mine told me the other day that he went to a gun show in Oklohoma city and there was a guy selling ammo by the boxes and pallets and everything in between, pretty cheap from what I understand. The guy had ...

If this engine is not in a car, can you guys imagine how many times he has flipped it end over end per your requests. "It turns over fine but fuck its heavy, I need an aluminum block" and then "baby get my vidya camra"
