Mine would be pretty tough to get at, I would think. It's right off of the turbo as part of the downpipe. I will be lowering it soon as well, but it sucks that people can profit from that kind of theivery.

I had Pacesetters on my car, no muffler though. It sounded like a freakin UPS truck when you were at cruise. When the Spintech muffler went on and the pacesetters went off, it sounded sooo much better.

Stedenani made a turbo kit, but the 2.4l Turbo killed the aftermarket for the turbo kits. The 2.4l Turbo is a much improved engine over the base 2.4l. The motor isn't the problem, but there are fewer and fewer vendors who provide performance parts for the PT such as charge pipes, motor mounts, strut...

Yes there is a pretty astounding aftermarket for the SRT, and it does respond to basic mods very well.

I would have liked getting the SRT 4, but I have to stay with an automatic. You are going to get addicted to the torque and the boost.
