Re: Bump Stops
Yeah. I changed my mind on the soft springs and the spring that is in there is coming out and is being replaced with a 400lb/inch one to start tuning...

Re: Bump Stops
I have 2 pre88s unfortunately. I think Shaun has an 88. This is may be a good excuse for me to buy either a cheap mig or fluxcore welder to get in there and get the top of the dome back on after cutting. I am wondering if I should change the style of bumpstop to be more progressive while I am undert...

Bump Stops
Anyone ever trim the bump stops on the front suspension? Any advice or words of wisdom if so?
I hope to emark on a suspension refresh soon and that will be on my list.
Thanks.

Re: Double Adjustables on a Fiero??!!
I spoke to Chris yesterday as the last time I spoke to him it didn't seem to be a problem to have the shocks by end of April... he still doesn't have the rears from Viking to begin to modify... I am thinking of pulling the plug on these... I would like to have suspension on the car updated so I can ...

Will is probably trained on the former. ... I hear the Ukrainians may have some seized inoperable russian equipment for sale/trade. Another project wouldn't be out of the question. 8) If I do the suspension relocation I was talking about, it would be able to tow a 105 Howitzer! :-D Towing a howitzer...

having owned a number of turbocharged vehicles and always wondering how much a difference something like that would make I'll definitely be curious to see before and after.

Re: The Mule rides again (sort of) - pics.
For what it’s worth I had thought you were about to rip all the wiring out of the car :-D If you can drop 20lb in wiring, I am sure there’s a job for you in F1. I guess the implication that I'm actually not going to tear the entire car apart to rewire the entire system to save 10-20 lbs was not suff...

Re: Bluetooth Upgrade
Thanks for the complements on the car. It’s my 3rd fiero, I bought it as an excuse to take a road trip out west about a year ago during the pandemic to pick it up, and easily it’s received the most attention (and all of it positive) of any car I’ve ever owned. It’s not close to perfect and I kind of...

Bluetooth Upgrade
I recently added Bluetooth to a factory style 1.5 din stereo. I used one of these boxes that plugs in through the antenna port and then you switch the radio to a specfiic station you can choose through a phone app. It was about $100. Now I can run my spotify :-). https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FRU5UNA...

Re: This was my project car for a while
There’s a joke in there somewhere. So you flattened your evo position, went long lean hogs and settled a margin call on gme? Just kidding. I actually justify the extra vehicles I have as a usd hedge. :-D I had some investment goals I wanted to reach in 2021 and selling it would allow that to happen.

Re: Break-in, lazyness, stupidity, something else?
Thanks for the idea. I have been messing around lately with a 3d printer and saw some of those designs on the parts site. Really cool what one can do now. Unfortunately as a result of having lived in Philadelphia for a short period of time I’m trying to keep the radio looking stockish so I dont have...

Break-in, lazyness, stupidity, something else?
I’m starting a Bluetooth install today. It’s like i am playing with the house’s money after fixing/installing a windshield washer pump in 5 minutes. I figured id see what’s going on behind my radio. While the wiring is unexpectedly clean, only a couple wires are cut 😀, i notice when i take off the b...
