Re: v8 Fiero loses to Rustang V8Archie Shamed again
FDs with bone stock LS1s are into the 11s I believe. Fieros are such underachievers in the 1/4 mile it seems.
Re: FS: 88GT 5 speed w/ 20k miles and LOTS of additional goo
If I didn't currently own a FD I'd likely be all over this. Good luck with the sale

Re: I was told I would receive my own forum.
Z32 and R32 GTR are quite a bit different suspension and brake wise. It's a big upgrade to put GTR brakes on the GTS skyline and Z32.
The 3 spoke wheels are cool in a way but yeah, pretty dated. I miss my Advan RGs, they suited the GTR perfectly.

Re: I was told I would receive my own forum.
I've never been a fan of the R33, it's the most bland of the GTRs to me. Maybe tied with the R35. To it's credit, it was the first production car to be under 8 minutes around the Nürburgring.

Be like God Foot, skip the R33 lol.

I can't wait to see what kind of FD you'll have in 8 years. JK...
I love GTR keys, very few cars come with anything cool like that anymore. I hate keyless BS they have these days.

Re: I was told I would receive my own forum.
I know the feeling. I took my GTR to Washington 9 or so years ago and the amount of looks it got was amazing. I guess it was the whole Grand Turismo generation ogling the car. Now it's R34s up here. There is a GTS in town but I've yet to see an actual R34 GTR but there are lots in Edmonton. BTW, R33...

Nice car man, identical to mine when I started
Hindsight, if I just upgraded the motor and kept the body and interior stock I'd likely still be enjoying it 9 years later...

That looks like fun, nice driving. What doesn't look like fun is being 19 feet tall in a BMW with a helmet.

Re: 2.8 turbo dyno
600hp isn't a monster anymore. I'd say monsters are in the 800whp and up range. That will at least get you above most of the exotics.

Re: FD3S RX7
From their website "Boost Control Solenoid Valve Integrated to Compressor Housing" I've been reading a lot on the RX7 forums about guys running the IWG turbo up to 500+whp with E85 and have had no issues with boost creep. Lots of guys in the 440whp range with this turbo on pump gas with a ...

Re: FD3S RX7
Been busy spending money on the FD to hopefully have a fun car to drive this summer. I've purchased a new street ported motor that is being built right now. I've gone with the Rotary Aviation super seals (apex seals) and solid corner seals. I've also bought a custom super short runner, low mount man...

I wish we could get E85 up here.... Apparently it doesn't vaporize very well in cold weather so it can't be used during our winters.

That car is a great sleeper. I know people assume BMWs are fast, but not 500hp fast. Nice car!
