I had the entire front bumper painted silver on purpose because the next body mod I'd like to do is this fiberglass lip. I'll paint it black and that way all of the lower molding will match: http://i13.ebayimg.com/04/i/05/10/dd/8c_1.JPG http://www.ovis.net/~dmkfiero/images/chinspoiler_01.jpg http://...

Just in time for this weekend's car show I got some more exterior mods done to the car. GT Front Bumper, Tinted Rear Tails, Vinyl "eyelids" on the flushmount lights: http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y83/OsloFiero/gt/100_5537.jpg http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y83/OsloFiero/gt/100_5538.jp...

The engine supposedly had around 60K on it when I bought it (more than the car...) but I know that both previous owners drove it hard a lot. Lots of racing and general hot rodding. ...I do to... I'd love to pull it all apart and rebuild it with the intent of running nitrous and fix the little issues...

I've been drooling over those edelbrock VC's myself. But if this is what I'm in for...... Seems to me a simple test to determine if its a pressure or sealing issue at the gasket would be to just run the car without the oil cap and the pcv. They are nice, but this situation kinda stinks. When they v...

Here's a little story that I think will help. When I assembled the top end of my engine last time (to fix a leak at the LIM) I used new Fel Pro rubber gaskets for the valve covers. At the same time I was using a hollow tube to bypass the PCV valve in to my catch can setup. The cover nearest the trun...

Aftermarket Valve Covers - Missing a PVC Hole?

My '85 Fiero came with aftermarket valve covers from Edelbrock and I have a feeling that they are causing an issue and I'd like your opinion on this issue. The valve cover closest to the firewall has one hole in it for the PCV system in the normal spot on the fiero. The valve cover closest to the tr...

Got my second custom EPROM from Sinister Performance and it made a significant improvement on driveability. The cold-starting is not nearly as difficult and the 2-3Krpm stumbling is almost totally gone. The only engine related issue that I have not been able to make any progress on is that my IAC co...

Got the new OEM GT front bumper today. Came from Florida - it is an original OEM bumper that has never been installed or painted, and it shows. If you were to shine it up just a little it looks like black paint. http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y83/OsloFiero/gt/100_5261.jpg http://i3.photobucket.com...

because my end goal with this car is not to be fast, but to have a "quick" fun to drive cruiser. I found a car with working cruise, A/C, and an auto on purpose. :)
