LOL I started to read this post from the beginning not noticing that it was already 24 pages and I got to the part where you showed frost on the car and I was like, "WTF?" cause this is the best fall I have seen here ever and I moved here to Edmonton in 06.

But I digress, There is a guy in my auto group that just picked up an R34 and it looks better then I ever imagined it would . Now I am thinking of getting one in another year or so. And yes I fell in love with them when I saw 2Fast 2Mildy angry.

R34 GTRs aren't quite legal yet, but the GTT cars are coming in. They are ok, but I'd wait for a GTR. They will be starting in the $40k+ range FYI. They are still worth a lot of money in Japan like the NSX. Japanese import have to be at least 15 years old, so early build date 99 GTRs will be available next year sometime.

I called about my CCWs today and the barrels are still at the powder coaters. Still have to come back and be assembled. I hate waiting.

On a positive note, I posted on GTR Canada's Facebook page asking what my Advans are worth. I think I will be able to get over $2k for them since they are very rare, especially in this size and offset.

Turbo, wastegate and bov arrived at the shop as well. I'll get some pics when they get here. Had some snow last night but it melted. I say in a week or so I'll be tearing into the GTR. Summers over....

Presision 6466 twin scroll ceramic ball bearing turbo. Rated at 900hp, I'll be happy with 650-700awhp.

Tial waste gate and BOV. These things are larger than they look in pictures. I've always had internal waste gates so this will be interesting. I think I will run a screamer pipe at first just to see what it's like. Afterwards I'll route it back to the exhaust with a remote cutout.

One last picture before I put her away for the winter. Last time it will be seen with these rims as well. A lot of people are going to like the Advans over the CCWs I have coming but it's for safety. The Advans have been known to crack when they get hot with racing. Plus I'm having to run spacers all around. The CCWs have been ordered with a proper offset and width.

once you have the open downpipe hooked up i doubt you will want to go back to having it rerouted into the exhaust. It will just sound too good when that wastegate cracks open.

I wouldn't be so sure about that, I ran my Fiero open dumped for about a week just out of curiosity, and I straight hated it. I'm much happier with it hooked up. But I've always liked relatively quiet exhausts.

I think I will route it back to the exhaust but have a cutout for when I want to be obnoxious.

GTRs with loud exhaust and big singles sound like sex. Watch the launches. Just awesome.

Exactly, so why route the wastegate dump back into the exhaust? Thats like asking your woman to be quiet during sex. BORING!

I guess I'm boring then. *She just chuckled and said "Yeah, you do do that!"*

Route it back into the pipe, but make that pipe a large single. Multiple outlets are for european cars. Singles for imports.

I want to run the cutout on the waste gate its self. Only reason I need the option is road racing. We have decibel limits on some tracks. The new track is on airport land so I would have no problem routing it out the hood if I wanted :good:

New CCW Classics mounted. 18x10.5 -13 all around. Still running 25mm spacers in the rear to make it flush. This car is wide...

RE-11s 265. They are a bit of a stretch on a 10.5" rim.

10.5's all around... stupid Skylines. I'm limited to 8's all around under stock E30 fenders on Bad Idea. Even if I get an M3 body, I still can't go much wider than 9 - 9.5

With this widebody I could run 12 or 13" rims if I really wanted. Based 10.5 on the tire sizes I want to run. Next set will likely be 295s all around.
