its a custom prom by Ryan at Sinister performance

http://www.gmtuners.com/

I will not be going with a megasquirt nor a moates or ostrich. Not sure when I will swap to a 7730 if ever. I shall see how it runs on the factory computer first before trying something else. I have proven however it will run with the factory computer. Idle anyways.

I @$$ume you have plans to iteratively tune it and you're not expecting that tune to be spot on right out of the box...

Neat! how close is the crossover to the distributor? I had some heat related problems with mine.

My crossover follows the same route as a stock crossover. I am a le to use 2 of the factory crossover heatshields and the third just needs a slight tweak to make work because of the expansion joint.

I will post up more pics shortly showing more details

Damn, perfect crossover. I mean it's not equal length and still uses factory manifolds, but for what it is it couldn't be any better. Very nicely designed and implemented.

Ditto; looks very well packaged.
A donut would have made it a good bit easier to make that tight bend at the turbo connection.

Do you have any other brackets supporting the turbo?

I don't have any brackets supporting the turbo right now but it won't be hard to make one real quick. I just haven't gotten around to it yet. I am also running a rear TGP manifold. Basically the TGP manifolds are just like the stock v6 fiero logs. The both point towards the transmission allowing for a crossover pipe to be used. The TGP manifolds share the same bolt pattern as the 3400 and 3500 heads.

i used the flanges from the TGP crossover, and modified a pair of 3400 crossover pipes to make my crossover. here are a couple more pics of it.

Here is what I did for the coolant. Since my intake didn't have any sort of thermostat housing provision, I had to come up with something else. There were already two holes drilled in the intake for cooling in these locations. I drilled two more on the other side and added AN fittings.

I fabbed up a canister of sorts to fit where the stock Gas tank evap can was located. I used a Moroso screw on cap to fill my coolant system and made sure it was the highest point in the system. I welded on one -12 AN fitting to run to my heater core line, and out the bottom is the hose feeding the drivers side hard coolant pipe that runs to the radiator. I elminated the crossover coolant tube that runs on the backside of the engine in a stock v6.

Then I used pushloc hose and fittings and ran it to the fittings on the intake manifold.

Braided -3 oil feed and a braided -10 return. i am also running a remote oil filter. The oil feed was "T"d off of the oil pressure sensor location which you can see in the pic below in the upper right corner

I picked one of these up off ebay to use on the oil feed side of the turbo. it just bolts right on.

This for the oil return.
