It's for SBC with Vortec heads, and is basically the Edelbrock Performer, but it has EGR, which Edelbrock doesn't offer. I ordered it direct from GM Performance Parts. but I didn't get an EGR tube. 4 years ago this thing cost me $263, but don't let that affect your offer. It's drilled for non-vortec heads also, but the ports won't match anything but the 170cc Vortec "truck" heads. You can see a pic on the www.sdparts.com website.
