And here is a shaky little video of one of the runs. Not my fastest or cleanest runs but the only one that got filmed.

The autocross was near a millitary base if you are wondering what the smoke was.

lol, could have been. A 3800sc fiero showed up, his first event. He left after 2 runs.

Here are the results. I think I need some R compounds to compete. These FK-452s street tires are not cutting it.

One of my runs I laid off the trottle and tried to be as smooth as possible. I ended up being a second slower by doing that. Seems like my GTR is quicker when you try and drive the shit out of it.

Isn't that the point of a GTR? It's the only car that drives faster sideways?

Yeah I guess, you always hear guys harp about being smooth, well it works for their cars but mine is faster when I'm letting it all hang out.

It's a neat feeling, the car lets me hang the ass end out around a corner but puts just enough power to the front wheels so that I don't spin. It's like a slight controlled drift.

I want to take the car onto a faster track and see what 3rd gear is like.

I like the noises your car makes.

I think all the events should be there. :thumbleft:

Griesback is just to short for my car. I think I will bring the fiero to the next event and try it out.
