its not one or the other - its our entire governing body (with few exceptions) the slate needs to be wiped clean, get all new people in office who haven't been bought out by corporations or have millions invested in companies they that will profit from government bills and spending.

doesn't anyone see the huge ethics violations of conflicts of interest?
