Agreed Upon Value Insurance?

Does anybody know of any companies who will insure vehicles for agreed upon value for owners under 25? I have a lot more into my Fiero than book value so I need this type of insurance, but it seems they all require you to be 25 or older. I'm only 23. It is garage kept and I have other cars to drive to work though. I hate this damn 25 rule. I guess I'm not responsible enough yet... :scratch:
