3.4 with Camaro intake and ECU?

Post by Nemesis »

Just wondering why this can't be done. It seems like it should all work. Is there something I am overlooking?

It can be done. Its relatively easy.

Most people get hung up on the wiring aspect of it though. You need to change a few wires around on the Fiero harness to work with the Camaro computer. Its nothing more then changing a few pinouts and slpicing some wires.

This is where a lot of people get hung up. They are afraid of wiring.

Getting rid of the Fiero intake, Stimpy. And I think the Camaro intake looks better...

Most people are scared to death of wiring for DIS and changing to one of the most hacked computers that GM ever made. It's not that hard, but the people who pioneered it wanted to make it as bolt in and castrated as possible...
