Yeah, great spoof.
It's actually not that bad. Working with the Army Corps of Engineers, I have pretty good accommodations. We move around the city with a private security company and haven't been hit for quite a while... well before I showed up.
The PSC guys think that's because the bounties are higher for blowing up military vehicles...
