New brakes!

SSBC has introduced these new calipers, from $149, each! Since any brakes require a caliper adapter bracket for any Fiero suspension anyway, this looks interesting. These use universal pads, not just SSBC's own pads. Here's the link:

Introduced to compete with the Wilwood Dynalite, which is the de-facto standard among compact 4 piston calipers.

Damn, they look the same, maybe the SSBCs are from Wilwood. I like Wilwood's page better, more info, well presented. I'm sure SSBC could give the same info if I was to ask, so I'll see what the Wilwoods cost. In any case, for those who aren't insisting on Alcon, I thought I'd share the word about these.

My friend has dynalites on his 86SE, VERY NICE. We also use wilwood equipment on our formula car, also, VERY NICE. Prices are also good too.
