It'd be more fun to watch if you get video of your Jeep killing his phony.

Got a bit more work done. Finally got it filled, and burped, with coolant, and it no longer overheats. But now, at high RPM, it starts spitting coolant from one of the hoses. I can't really see where, it's either my oil cooler hoses or the turbo lines though. I do not have a whole lot of motivation to work on this car, which is a real bummer.

It runs perfect driving around, just like before, but for some reason, idling is weird. It sounds ok, and idles perfect, but the AFR is sitting lean, usually from 15-17 even when it's warm. Not sure why...

Got the coolant leak fixed, it was the feed for my oil cooler. The hose clamp was loose, but I'm not sure why, I don't remember loosening it. Either way, it's fixed. The car has stopped smoking or smelling weird too! It still smokes a little, it's "burning" the header wrap, breaking it in basically. A few more drives this should go away. I did a few good WOT runs, it's fucking fast. It's grinding 2nd now, but I'm not sure why. This gearbox has always been a really smooth shifting one, and has never had a problem shifting at high revs before now. Time will tell.

I need to finish bleeding the brakes, and get an alignment before I can drive it around town, and spank some Cobras.

If its as fast as you say at WOT I wouldn't worry about bleeding the brakes. Go kick some ass!

Bleed the clutch some more? That could be your grinding issue?

I may do that, but I thought I had it pretty good, it releases great, and holds good. I'll give it a shot, thanks!

Took the car to get an alignment today.

I thought that I had mine pretty good, but apparently I didn't. My tranny issues went away when I bled it again, except for when it get really hot. I'll be making a heat sheild for mine and wrapping it in the reflective tape. Post some pics up!

Got the front speakers in, they'll work. I mounted them directly to the flange that is at the base of the windshield.

I also got the brakes bled for a final time. I'm taking it for a 60 mile highway drive on Wednesday :unknown:

Without a proper baffle to separate the front wave from the back wave, those speakers are going to sound very weak and tinny.
