I'm not surprised your girlfriend wants one, it's as much of a chick car as a VW Beetle. Sorry to the OP, but I hate it and think you're a pole smoker for even considering owning one. At least it's an a barf, but that's like having a RT Dodge Dart, it's still gay even though it has spray painted brake calipers.

The 500 Abarth is one of the few cars I've considered buying new. Very nice.

How do you like the 500L?

The 500L is a great SUV, and yes it is listed as an SUV. There are so many creature comforts in it standard. Back up camera, Nav, heated seats, etc etc etc. It shares nothing with the regular 500s and only shares the same engine as the Abarth and Suspension. Some people think it is just a larger 500 model but it isnt.

Go take an Abarth for a ride and you will love it. I traded in my 09 Pontiac G8 GT for mine and have no regrets.

It is always more fun to drive a slower car faster then a fast car fast.

We have had three 500 models now and if they start to bring some of the more special models over like the Tributo Ferrari I may have to buy one of them too.

We started out with the 2012 Abarth for me and the 500 Lounge for the wife. But we have two grand children now so we went with the 2014 500L this year and I kept my 2012 Abarth.
