Re: CTS-V
So it's now been exactly 6 months since I've driven or even seen my car (close to a year for the Jeep). While driving uparmored SUVs in crazy traffic is fun and all, I miss them. Anyway, I don't think I've posted these pictures in this thread:

Thanks, man.crzyone wrote:That is a sexy V. I think I prefer the 1st gen over the 2nd gen for looks.

This guy adapted a V2 lower grill to his car:
There's also possibilty of a V2 style hood on the horizon.

Re: CTS-V
I guess that post might not've been clear. I've still got awhile here. I won't be back until next year. Which means more money for car parts upon return.

I was thinking 6 months was a little short, per our previous conversations, but figured you got some R&R leave or similar.Unsafe At Any Speed wrote:I guess that post might not've been clear. Re: CTS-V
I think that flat black job may just be something he can keep up with as temporary as he continues to do other stuff to the car. Not sure though.
Yeah, no RnR for 310 day deployment which is lame. I'm working on an extension which would qualify me though.
