Prices for Stock Fieros

Post by CaptainHindsight »

I haven't followed the prices of Fieros over the years but now that I am looking for parts I'm finding lots of stock Fieros with <100K miles for well under $10k. Some models that look to be in excellent condition are in the $20k-30k range. Non running models seem to sell for <$1500. How many Fieros are still on the road? How many are left that don't have their engine cradles and frames rusted through?

The entire used car market is ridiculous right now, thanks to the Fed holding interest rates at zero and inflating everything but the consumer price index

New cars are in short supply since they cancelled orders for parts to build them early on during the pandemic. This has temporarily driven up the cost of used cars since for many buyers it is their only option.

fieros are such a niche part of the market, that their price swing is always going to be all over the place. Personally, I don't see myself spending more than about 2-3K on one.
