Cables could be it actually, my side to side cable is REALLY stiff (Takes two hands to get reverse). However my forward back selector seems fine. I need a new slave anyways, I may try to find an Isuzu or just buy a new one. This won't cause any harm to the clutch will it?
The isuzu slave seems to work fine with my clutch, and it makes for a very nice and firm pedal. You will have to drill out the stock mouting holes on the isuzu slave, they were smaller than the getrag slave. Not a big deal.
I notice the shift cabes I bought are quite sloppy, must have been off a miled out car. If I want to get serious about going to a track I will be upgrading as well.
I have a listing for shift cables on a Fiero, not the cheapest things though. But I dont have a listing for any throttle cables for a Fiero, and that is what I need before winter :cussing:
