Pics of Aaron's 88GT

Post by Aaron »

So I walked outside today, and was just like, damn that car looks good. I don't know what it was, it just looked good. So this is my dirty 88GT outside our Colorado house.

Damn, that's a sweet looking car dude.

You know, one of the things that makes that car look good is that it does not have the stock rain gutters on it. Removing these makes a Fiero look a lot cleaner. Especially a fastback.

Yah, I havn't seen first hand the rain gutters, but I love it the way it is. I do want to remove the gutter holders though, above the doors.

Have I said that I love it yet?

oh, also, I LOVE IT!!!

Huh? The gutters just clip on to the edge of the roof panel. I'll try to snap a pic of one of my other cars so you can see what I'm talking about.

I'm glad, and I'm glad you have it. It's getting lots more luvin now than it was while parked in my garage.

Speaking of "parked in my garage," does anybody want to buy two Fiero rally cars? An '85 and an '88.

Well there is a small tab on each side of the car, right above the doors.

I don't know what it is for, I'll snap a pic of it later on.

Yah, they are grey. Here are some pictures of the interior, and the seats look a lot better now after my 6 hour detail on them (Thanks to Double Take Detail in San Diego, my friend owns it)

What's involved in removing the rain gutters? Just pulling them off?

You can see the tabs I was talking about, they are right where the A pillar meets the roof.

Those have to do with holding the windows in at speed.

I also once recognized a Dino 246 as a Fiero rebody by those.

Yep. Use a blade from the back side if they're being stubborn.
