Build Your own Engine mounts...

Saw this on another forum... Sure looks to be in "Typical" fiero owner budget. I thought it was pretty neat.

I know its old, but I hadn't seen it before

Some of my fellow Prelude owners did similar things with stock mounts, filling them in with eurethane to make stiffer mounts or repair broken ones. Neat idea.

Friend of mine did that with the mounts on his MR2 Spyder (turbo).

The $50 flexane is definitely out of most Fiero owner's budgets... Heck, for that price you can get a new set of stock mounts! :thumbleft:

Someone on the civic forum suggested filling cracked stock motor mounts with poly eurethane caulk from home depot. I can't open the link, but is that the same thing?
