I'd expect some serious competition out there, and I wouldn't think 140whp would be enough to go anywhere.
1.0 for 2 valves/cyl
1.1 for 3 valves/cyl
1.2 for 4 valves/cyl
0.8 for pushrods
That means that a 4 valve 4 cyl is limited to 2000cc while I'm limited to 3000cc.
With all that said, though, it doesn't matter. If I had it to do over again I would keep a stock motor and dump the same amount of money into the suspension instead. I believe this would make a faster car.
