For Sale: 12"x2.5" coil over springs

Post by Fast88Fiero »

I have for sale some 12"x2.5" coil over springs for sale. 2 are 325 lb/in rate and 2 are 350 lb/in rate. I used Honda coil over sleeves/perches for these and they worked great. The 12" spring was too tall for how low I wanted my car, so I switched to a 10" spring. The 325lb springs were used for 2 days and the 350's are new in box. I ended up with 2 sets because I'm stupid. Anyway, asking $65 shipped a pair for these. :thumbleft:

I am kind of uneducated in terms of suspension, and it isn't such a big deal to me, but I am looking to lower my Fiero by 1-1.5", and not doing it via cut springs. I have an 88GT 5-speed.

Now since your car is an 88 I assume these will work. How low did you want your car, farther than 1.5" lower than stock?

I'm trying to figure out if these are what I need here, any help by anyone is appreciated.

Aaron, those are coil over springs, not lowering springs.
If you use them, you'll need to install adjustable spring perches as well.

OK thx Will!

I am going to pass, I'd rather buy lowering springs and do it that way.
