Went Drag Racing for the 1st time

Long story Short...

Company Car with a dealer plate
-2003 WRX Spec R1 Wagon
-Cat back Exhaust
-Air intake
-H&R springs

My Friend Mike who has an STi and 2 Smokin ass hot Chicks talked me into running it.

best was a 14.604
92 mph
.559 reaction
2.032 60 Ft.

My best Run I launched @ 4000 , I tried launching right from the rev limiter.. too much wheel spin.

Mike (Sti Guy) ran a 13.3 @ 101 and he missed 3rd gear every time!! His best 60 ft 1.79 and a .555 reaction

Neither of us had ever drag raced...

It was fun , but muther fucker a WRX is slow as balls when its stock..

Coolest run was against a Dodge Colt with a Talon motor , I beat him off the line andint he last 400 ft he came whipping by me.. Cool car , it dynoed 203 FWHP

Good Times , I will be going back!

Like I said in another post WRx's arent' that fast however they are faster then a spraying 4p9

So what did you think of the overall drag racing experience? I know you autocross so whats it like to go straight instead of turning.

This should probably be moved to the Motorsports section.

I didnt' get a chance to tell you last night but on top of refilling the bottle I picked up some fittings too for the second stage setup. I am sure I will talk to you later about it though.

First of all it doesn't matter if I am or not.

And no, I am not a virgin. I lost that when I was 16 to a girl named Katie that attended a Private Christian School (Shocked me too).

We still talk to this day, and occasionally see each other, but I doubt we'll date anytime soon with me never being in town.
