this is a blog for fags and if you went to a real forum you would get a real answer.
why dont you jerks give him an answer for real, or is this the wrong place to go, I must be in the wrong section I thought I was in tech, at a place called real fiero tech but I must be mistaken.
To answer your question, yes you can. It wont be cheap, and dollar for dollar, you can get more power from several different motor swaps which may be less complicated, and also would be better for boosting in the future.

He comes here, and his first and only post is "Can I turbo my car?"
That is essentially what he said. He is obviously an idiot considering you can turbocharge/supercharge any internal combustion engine. The chances of him doing this are EXTREMELY slim, and the chances of it ever working are almost 0. Therefore me wasting my time telling him everything I know about forced induction on the 2.8l(Or Duke) is worthless. He never even told us the motor he has, tranny, or anything.

This is a REAL forum where we will reply to questions that deserve to be answered. A basic question that is fairly self-explanatory like, "Can I turbo or supercharge my 87?" really doesn't need to be answered.if you went to a real forum you would get a real answer.
If you want an answer here it is, yes you can do it, it has been done before. It requires alot of work unless you get a kit, which is also a bit of work, but not nearly as much as a custom setup. Any more questions?

I just did a search on google for "Fiero turbo" and "Fiero supercharger" (I think that would be the logical approach to wanting to know if I could turbo/supercharge a Fiero) and the first things that popped up were links to people selling turbo kits and supercharger kits.Dryfter_09_19 wrote:well... I was wondering because I was looking online and I didn't find anything. And my apologies for not having a better first post.

Design One sells a turbo system. http://www.design1systems.com/turbo/index-fiero.html Stage 1 is worthless. The cars I saw running it ran poorly and didn't make more power then rebuilt 2.8s. Stage 2 includes a new ECM that controls fuel and timing and also includes a knock sensor.
Dennis Lagrua used to sell turbo systems. His website is down or moved. He included an ECM. It was a version of some canadian's turbo setup that did not include fuel or timing management.
RSM used to sell a supercharger kit. Their website is also down or moved.
West Coast Fiero sells turbo "kits." When I last spoke with them, they were each individually built custom for each customer. They sell with Haltech fuel/timing management. It is a "stand alone ECU." http://www.westcoastfiero.com/turbo_systems/turbo.html
I personally would fabricate my own "kit" with a proper sized turbo if going that route. I would buy a stand alone ECM and have someone local tune it. I would probably buy what the tuner is comfortable with.
Having written all that, there's nothing special about the 2.8, it's heavy and doesn't make much power. Also, since the heads don't flow well, nitrous is the best idea as far as forced induction goes. If i wanted to turbo something, I would probably swap the motor to something aluminum with better heads.
