Little mod, big difference
I was tired of looking at my rock chipped bumper so I installed a bra on my car. It works on my fiero, it keeps the red black theme going.
Sorry it was so dark when taking the pics, here they are.
One of these days I will get my bumper re-sprayed but I really like the look of my car with the bra. It has a more badass look to it now. I think I will keep it on. Thoughts¿

Bras are for girls. Seriously, I think they're possibly one of the ugliest things you can add to your car just after lit windshield squirters and fake hood scoops. I've never understood how anybody can consider a strapped on piece of cloth more attractive than paint chips. Sure, if you're on a cross country trip and take it off after the trip that's fine and dandy, that's what it's for, but leaving them on for long periods is like wearing a band aid for long periods.
No offense, I just never understood car bras. The 3M clear stuff makes sense if you're genuinely wanting to protect the paint, as the cloth bras do more damage than good.

The damage is already there. The cover looks 100x better than my front bumper did. When I get it painted I will most likely 3M it, most of my miles are highway miles and it kills the paint.
Plus, I slid into a snow bank 2 years ago ant took off a lot of the paint so it looks bad.
I can live with an ugly bra, but I hate people judging my car by it's small flaws. It's probably in my head but I feel better about driving the car now.

So you're like the girl at the beach wearing the one piece bathing suit, even though the suit looks silly you feel better wearing it anyway.crzyone wrote:I can live with an ugly bra, but I hate people judging my car by it's small flaws. Yeah but... people can ignore rock chips.. not a fugly bra!crzyone wrote:Little issues on my cars bother me, what can I say. My GTR had side skirts that didn't fit quite right because I did not have the proper clips. Bothered the shit out of me. People compliment both cars all the time but I still see all the little things.
