And while this has proven true with 1969 Camaros, my '84 Trans Am is convincing me that this doesn't apply to '80s cars.

Watch your break line when doing this. If there older breaklines they will break very easley.

When changing the alternator? I fixed my car months ago, I have no idea why this thread keeps going.
