Seized means it won't turn. If you don't know if it will turn or not, then you have no way of knowing if it's seized.

Usually, you would put your car key in the ignition and turn the key. If the starter can turn the engine, then it isn't seized.

If the engine oil looks like chocolate milk, then it needs to be overhauled. If you try to drive it like that, you will destroy the engine.

Someone suggested I use PB blaster to free up my locked up CS motor, try that.

My friend Bear's ex-wife seized the motor in her escort. Twice a week for a month Bear pulled the plugs, and sprayed in a ton of WD40. It started.

If this engine is not in a car, can you guys imagine how many times he has flipped it end over end per your requests. "It turns over fine but fuck its heavy, I need an aluminum block" and then "baby get my vidya camra"
