choosing an A/R?

I've settled on the T4E50 as being the best match for the 2.5L 24-valve V6 in my now-running-again '95 Probe GT. (No, I didn't do the RWD conversion or engine swap yet. Maybe next year. I need something to drive this winter.)I don't have the JDM cams from their higher-rated version of this engine, so I should have less overlap. I've found a new T4E50 for $700 with my choice of A/R for the exhaust side, but I have no idea where to start for this. I'm looking for an uncorrected 350 crank HP at sea level, and full boost by 3000 rpm. I want all the midrange torque I can build, and it has to be under 13.5 psi in the extrude-honed intake manifold. Suggestions?

The guys on the Probe forum suggest that a .64 A/R would give full boost around 3500, and not be too restrictive up at the 7000 rpm redline. I'm not interested in 7000 rpm, so I'm going to start with a .48 A/R instead.
