Hyde Park Storage Units/Condos

Anyone know anyone that has bought into one of these? One is being constructed in my town, and I find it interesting. Different sized units, to rent/buy to store your RV or boat create a man cave, what have you.

I checked out prices shortly after I made this thread and think rents were near 800-1k for some of the smaller units its. It might be diff now. I did just check the website again and there are no units available at this time according to the Daytona website

Was that a spammer? He'd been registered a while and didn't look like a spammer to me.
