I ran this muffler for a year or two. It's in great condition. There's a small pinhole (see second photo) from where I had tacked something to the case for mockup purposes. You can easily fill this (or have the muffler shop do it) during the install.
The inlet is 2.5" OD, and is tapered so you can cut it back further to slide a 2.5" pipe inside if you want to.
It has some short pipes attached to the outlets.
