That would have been impressive.

464 on 12.5 lbs at about 5900 rpm. My wastegate is setup for 14lbs. Close enough I guess.
78 degrees and 80% humidity in Dyno cell.

This turbo is def oversize for this combo but whatcha gonna do

In January. Brutal.

Great job getting it there!

Are you thinking the stack intake is the big difference between this build and your last one?

It was 60 degrees and 40% humidity the day before. A southwestern front moved in the day of the Dyno bringing back in higher temps and a ton of humidity. There was so much humidity, water beads were on the Dyno rollers which caused the tires to spin on the first pull.

Oddly, this lz4 is very similar in power to the itb stacked intake plenum lx9. The lx9 itb had a bigger cam, but a smaller turbo, and the lx9 ran 16 ish lbs of boost non intercooled, and the lz4 ran 17.

The lx9 was around 530 whp at 135 mph on 16.5 lbs where as the lz4 was at 496 on 17 lbs I plotted the lz vs lx9 on some graphs I have here and the power curves are similar.

Overall, I'd say the LZ intakes and heads flow really well compared to my itb intake and gen 2 heads esp since the LZ stuff is stock. I'm pretty impressed with the LZ overall from a design standpoint for making easy power.
