Damn holy lots of miles. Suggest to replace exhaust, turbo, exhaust manifolds, charge piping, and all parts related to a tune-up. Upgrade the turbo while you're at it, the T25 is uber-small.

The needed brake work is probably a bad master cylinder/abs/power booster unit. About $2000 to replace. Explains the cheap price.

Those things don't have shit for power after 60k on the turbo. Furthermore, the exhaust manifolds all leak (Even stock), and they crack. The charge piping leaks at the joints.
