Looking for a junker for seekonk demo derby

Im looking for a non fiero junker to enter in the demo derby. Id like to get a 4.9 caddilac and number it 5.5 for MTA

has anyone demo'd before, if so where did you get the car? Will a junkyard sell a non titled car for this kind of thing? Thats what Im gonna try first. Then steal some parts and sell on ebay to make my money back.

I bet a junkyard would sell you a car if you told them what you were to be doing with it. Most dont' like to because they are afraid that you will try to use it on public streets or somethign like that.

Buying it from them, just to have them come and pick it back up after its all wrecked, should be no problem for them. Easy money

Try the upfront approach and see if that gets you anywhere. If not then I would make up some creative story and see if that works. If not I bet you could find something under $500.

my buddy has a place to weld up the chasis, and clean out the glass, weld the door, get rid of air bags etc. I just need a car now.

hmmm. found a blue 2dr 79 NOVA today v6 3spd stick. Runs and drives $250. Im gonna offer 100 cause there are no parts to strip and sell.
