No graph. No numbers. Might as well be in the grocery store parking lot.

That's what happens when you tow an old car with a truck older than it is.

Wait another 10 years and watch what happens. They won't be able to find a notchback clip. It's nothing personal, you're just dealing with ... you know what. I mean, you have a place to store another car, right?

No, it won't. I'm not interested, just curious. Thanks.

Re: 5 on 4.75" Bolt Pattern Rear 84-87 ABody/6000/4WDS10
I figured this was all but common knowledge by now. All parts stores carry garbage axles at this point. I don't think you'll find any better result with "re-manufactured" axles, it's all the same shaft metallurgy. Even if they fit and the clip were machined in the correct place, the shaft'...

Gotcha. Most of the yards on car-part are full service yards. I'm sure you'll find one already pulled.

Cool, thanks! I've got so much going on right now, so I don't know when I'll get a chance to try it, but I know where to come when I'm ready.

I don't have one. I see them frequently in yards though. Surprised you're having any difficulty. You tried car-part.com to locate a car?

A fresh coat of paint on that ceiling and the rails installed, and you're set for garage porn photo's. What are you going to use to lift the beams while you fasten them? Some sort of jack?

Re: 4g63 fiero on smoking tire
I know that, I'm going back to Shaun using "full tilt". I poorly worded that, it doesn't appear to be "fast" for a 450hp car. I have no problem believing it was making 450 during that video. Easy to do with a 4g. Also easy to do with the 3800. It's "1205 HP capable!". O...

Re: 4g63 fiero on smoking tire
It is. Again, I'd like to see a 700 whp dyno through the Fiero chassis. He keeps saying "700 hp capable". Lots of cars are "capable". It doesn't appear to be that fast from the video I see. Paper racing vs GoPro footage.Shaun41178(2) wrote:Its math. Either way its fast for a fiero.

I think Justin's car would have no problem taking this car from a roll. "Full tilt".

At 3:10, if it were Jnco's 3800 he would be fighting to reach the shifter and his head would be pinned on the seat.

Re: 4g63 fiero on smoking tire
Props to the owner for building an interesting car. That said, it looks intimidating, but I know for fact Jncomutt's car would blow the doors off of it around that track, it's rocket ship fast. Scott's and Justin's would too, but I don't know about their suspension for track use. Seem to remember Sc...
